1. Scope of Services
SavesMaxFit provides saving and efficiency tips through three main offerings: consulting services, information products, and merchandise. Each category is subject to the terms below.
2. Consulting Services
2.1 Scheduling and Delivery
Consulting services are delivered via one-on-one sessions, group workshops, or webinars as detailed on our site. Session times are confirmed upon payment of the service fee.
2.2 Rescheduling and Cancellation
Clients may request a one-time reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session. All requests must be submitted through our contact us form. Sessions canceled less than 48 hours in advance are non-refundable due to resource allocation and preparation.
3. Information Products
Information products include downloadable guides, e-books, video courses, and templates. Access is granted upon full receipt of the product fee.
4. Merchandise
Merchandise encompasses physical items such as workout accessories, apparel, and branded goods. Merchandise orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout.
5. Refund and Rescheduling Policy
We strive to ensure your satisfaction. The following rules apply to all categories:
- Refund requests must be submitted via our contact us form and include order details and reason for request.
- All valid requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5.1 Consulting Services
Sessions canceled with at least 48 hours notice may be rescheduled free of additional fee. Sessions canceled in under 48 hours are non-refundable due to scheduling constraints and tailored preparation. This policy ensures fairness to both our experts and other clients awaiting service.
5.2 Information Products
Digital products may be refunded within 30 days of delivery provided the product has not been fully accessed. Once significant portions have been downloaded or viewed, the purchase is considered final.
5.3 Merchandise
Physical items may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective. Defective merchandise will be replaced at no extra charge upon verification.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SavesMaxFit or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to these Terms of Service or the use of our offerings, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
7. Modifications to Terms
SavesMaxFit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.
